Group Programs

During January 2026, we will be running a range of engaging and supportive school holiday groups designed for children aged 3–8 years.
These groups are open to both current and new clients and aim to provide a fun, structured environment for children to participate in activities alongside their peers.

Move & Mingle is a fun, low-pressure group designed for neurodivergent girls aged 5–8 years to enjoy movement, creativity, and connection with peers. Each session includes a blend of dance, craft, and imaginative play, with a sprinkle of Taylor Swift-inspired fun!
In a supportive and understanding environment, children can:
Participate in group activities at their own pace
Express themselves through movement and creative tasks
Explore rhythm, dance, and playful experiences
With gentle structure and plenty of choice, Move & Mingle offers a space where girls can take part in enjoyable activities and spend time with others in a relaxed, welcoming setting.
Age Range: Girls aged 5 to 8 years

Our Kindy Readiness Group offers preschoolers the chance to take part in activities that introduce early learning routines and support their transition to school. Each session includes movement play, fine motor tasks, and familiar group experiences designed to help children explore skills commonly used in a classroom setting.
Through games and hands-on activities, children can:
Engage in tasks that support attention and following instructions
Practise sharing, turn-taking, and interacting with peers
Explore everyday tasks such as opening lunchboxes, using scissors, and managing zips and buttons
The focus is on creating a positive, supportive environment where children can participate at their own pace and become familiar with routines they may encounter at school.
Age Range: 3 to 4.5 years old

Ready, Set, Kindy (intensive) is delivered in four sessions over two weeks, rather than three sessions over three weeks

Little Jumpers is a lively, play-based group designed for children aged 4–6 years to explore movement in a fun and active environment. Each session includes activities that introduce strength-building play, jumping patterns, running control, and coordination in an age-appropriate way.
Through games, obstacle courses, and movement adventures, children can:
Participate in activities that promote whole-body movement
Explore jumping, landing, and running through guided play
Engage in tasks that support coordination, balance, and body awareness
Every session is designed to be energetic, enjoyable, and playful, giving children the chance to move, explore, and have fun alongside peers.
Age Range: 4 to 6 years old
Please note that this group will only run if sufficient interest is received.

Our Balance Builders group offers children aged 5–8 the opportunity to participate in fun, movement-based activities that support the development of everyday physical skills. Sessions focus on practising balance, coordination, motor planning and body awareness, all foundational abilities that can assist children in engaging more confidently in play and daily activities.
Through obstacle courses, games, and imaginative challenges, children will have opportunities to:
Explore and practise core strength and body awareness
Try activities that involve balance, coordination, and controlled movements
Build confidence to participate in a range of movement-based play
Each session is designed to be enjoyable, supportive, and engaging, encouraging children to explore movement at their own pace in a positive group environment.
Age Range: 5–8 years
