Educator training and workshops
Practical professional development for early learning and school teams, delivered by clinicians who work with children every day.
Built for the people in the room
Educators are with children for hours at a time, across every part of the day. That makes your team one of the most important influences on how a child experiences their early years — and often the first to notice when something isn't sitting right.
Our sessions are built to be used straight away. Less theory, more of what to actually do: what to look for, what to try, and when to suggest a family seek further support.
Every session is shaped around your team. Tell us what you're seeing in your rooms and we'll build the content around it, using examples that match your setting rather than generic case studies.
Workshops are often recommended as part of an in-centre review, where a strategy needs deeper understanding across your team. You're equally welcome to book a session on its own.
Tailored to your team
We'll talk with you before the session to understand your group — their experience level, what they're finding difficult, and what would be most useful. Content, length and format all flex around that.
Plan a Session →Topics we can explore together
These are common starting points. Tell us what your team is working on and we'll shape a session around it.
Communication Development
How communication develops, what variation looks like, and everyday ways to support children who are still finding their words.
Sensory Processing & Regulation
Understanding how children take in and respond to their environment, and practical adjustments that help them stay settled and engaged.
Understanding Neurodivergent Children
Neuroaffirming approaches that start from a child's strengths and preferences rather than trying to make them look like everyone else.
Play, Connection & Friendships
Supporting children to join in, take turns and build relationships, including children who play differently from their peers.
Behaviour as Communication
Reading what a child might be telling you through their behaviour, and responding in ways that help rather than escalate.
Transitions & Routines
Making arrivals, pack-up, mealtimes and moving between activities easier for the children who find them hardest.
Motor Skills & Participation
How movement and coordination develop, and how the physical setup of your rooms can help more children take part.
Inclusive Environments
Reviewing your spaces, materials and routines with fresh eyes to find the small changes that open things up for everyone.
How sessions can run
We'll work around your roster rather than asking you to work around ours.
At Your Centre or School
We come to you, so your team doesn't lose travel time and the content stays grounded in your actual spaces.
Twilight Sessions
Shorter sessions after the day finishes, for teams who can't step away while children are in the room.
Professional Development Days
Longer or multi-topic formats for whole-team development days, with time to work through your own examples.
Online
Delivered by video for teams outside the metro area, or to bring multiple sites together at once.
How to arrange a session
Four straightforward steps from first enquiry to delivery.

We shape the content
We'll suggest topics and a format, then confirm a clinician, date and cost with you.
We deliver
At your site or online, with plenty of room for your team's own questions and examples.
Follow up
We'll leave your team with something practical to refer back to, and we're happy to stay in touch.
