We're located inside the Karrinyup Health Professionals building on Francis Street, just minutes from Karrinyup Shopping Centre.
Parking
There are two dedicated guest parking bays located below the building — these fill quickly, particularly during peak times. We recommend parking at the Karrinyup Shopping Centre car park across the road as an easy alternative. See the parking map below for the recommended entry point.
Access & entry
Our rooms are located on Level 1. Take the elevator to the second floor upon entering the building. The building and our clinic rooms are fully wheelchair accessible.

There are two dedicated guest parking bays located below the building. These are free and convenient if available — check these first when you arrive.
Overflow — Karrinyup Shopping Centre
If the building bays are taken, head across the road to the Karrinyup Shopping Centre car park. The recommended entry point is shown on the map. It's a short, easy walk to our building.
Enter the building & take the lift
Once parked, enter via the main building entrance on Francis Street and take the elevator to Level 1. We're in Suite 9 — follow the signage once you step out of the lift.

Occupational Therapy
Supporting everyday participation, sensory processing, fine and gross motor skills, and independence.
Speech Pathology
Supporting communication, language, literacy, social communication, and AAC.
Psychology
Supporting emotional wellbeing, anxiety, behaviour, social skills, and neurodivergent young people.
Physiotherapy
Supporting movement, strength, coordination, sports injuries, and physical development.
Mobile Therapy
We come to you — available within a 15-minute radius of our Karrinyup clinic.
Telehealth
Available Australia-wide via secure video for eligible services.
